how popcorn is made

We all were given a corn kernel. We were asked how it is made.

Hard shell around it, outside is a moist inside.

We tried eating it but it did not taste nice.

When it feels the heat it turns inside out and explodes, turning into popcorn.

Our class got one kernel each.  Our teacher asked us how
popcorn is made  kids said microwave or popcorn  but we didn’t 

Really know what made it pop so our teacher  gave us a journal
to read We started reading. Turns out you have to wait for your 
corn to dry out.then it will look like a piece of kernel, if you don’t
know what a piece of kernel it. it has a hard shell and inside 
their is a mushy texture and after it turn into kernel you have to
put it in a microwave or pot or a popcorn machine. The kernel
turns inside out, and thats' how you make 

Popcorn. Also if you put the kernel in a moist clothes it will grow a stem
if you plant a it will grow to corn
